State Outlines Sand Barrier Plan in Presentation to Coast Guard Officials

BATON ROUGE (June 1, 2010) - Governor Bobby Jindal, coastal parish leaders and mayors and representatives of several coastal communities met with Coast Guard officials today at the Port of New Orleans to discuss the state's sand barrier plan.
