PHOTO RELEASE: LA National Guard Assess Oil on Land and in Gulf

BATON ROUGE (August 4, 2010) - On Tuesday, August 3, Louisiana National Guardsmen conducted aerial reconnaissance and documented oil off the coast as well as oil impacting the shoreline.

Specifically, the Guard's flyover shows impact on Grand Terre Island and other photos show oil approximately ten miles off the coast near Port Fourcon.
