La. Workforce Commission announces temporary closure of Workers' Compensation District Courts
BATON ROUGE, La. (August 29, 2008) –The Louisiana Workforce Commission announced the temporary closure of three of its Office of Workers' Compensation District Courts as Hurricane Gustav prepares to enter the Gulf of Mexico.

The offices are:

District 7 - Harahan - 880 Commerce Road, Suite 401 - closed at noon Friday, Aug. 29 - scheduled to re-open Wednesday, Sept. 3
District 8 - New Orleans - Amoco Building at 1340 Poydras St., Suite 1450 - closed at noon Friday, Aug. 29 - scheduled to re-open Wednesday, Sept. 3.
District 9 - Houma - 8026 Main St., Suite 404 - closed at noon Friday, Aug. 29 - scheduled to re-open Wednesday, Sept. 3.
