Department of Revenue News Update
Department of Revenue Closes Some Offices Temporarily
BATON ROUGE (September 11, 2008) - Offices of the Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) in New Orleans, Lake Charles, and Covington will be closed temporarily, effective Thursday, September 11, 2008.

During the closures, taxpayer services will be unavailable at the following LDR locations:

Lake Charles Regional Office - 1 Lake Shore Drive, Suite 1550; Lake Charles, LA 70629
New Orleans Regional Office - 1555 Poydras Street, Suite 2100; New Orleans, LA 70112
New Orleans Satellite Office - 1305 North Florida Avenue; Covington, LA 70433

All regular taxpayer and business services continue to be available during this period at other regional offices and at LDR headquarters at 617 North Third Street in Baton Rouge.
